New students are charged $55 registration fee per family. siblings are included. All registration fees are non-refundable.

The Tuition fee includes 4 classes/month. Missed classes are not eligible for prorated tuition or refunds. Sun Bright Academy offers make-ups if a notice is provided atleast 1-day before the scheduled class. Make-ups are scheduled within the month and does not carry over beyond 30-days. If a class falls on a holiday, we offer make ups to ensure we provide 4 classes per month. In a 5-week month, we do not hold the 5th class.
Sun Bright Academy reserves the right to cancel / change certain class times or instructors as deemed necessary when unforeseen events occur such as a teacher calling in sick, bad weather day. We will do our best to accommodate special requests such as day/time/instructor.

Sun Bright Academy requires 30 days written notice for student to withdraw after enrollment period is over. Students will automatically renew if written notice has not been submitted.
A written 30-day notice form is required before you stop coming to class. To give a 30-day notice, you must complete a withdrawal form from the office.

I represent and warrant that if I am purchasing something or paying for a service from this facility or from other merchants through this facility that (i) any credit card or bank account draft (ACH Draft) information I supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by me will be honored by my credit card company or financial institution, and (iii) I will pay the charges incurred by me at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties. I hereby authorize this facility to charge my ACH draft or credit card account. A card MUST be provided and kept on file. If Sun Bright Academy is unable to obtain authorization, a $15 fee will be assessed to your account on the 15th of the month.

As legal guardian of my designated student(s) (student(s)), I hereby consent to all student(s) participating in this facility's program(s). I recognize that potentially injuries can occur in any activity involving using tools such as scissors and ceramic tools in general. I understand that it is the express intent of all staff and personnel to provide for the safety and protection of my student(s) and, in consideration for allowing my student(s) to use these facilities, I hereby COVENANT NOT TO SUE and FOREVER RELEASE this facility, affiliated and partner companies and organizations, property owners and lessors, staff, contractors, subcontractors, teachers, coaches, owners, directors and other members involved in this facility's program(s), from all liability and for any and all damages and injuries suffered by my student(s) during instruction, supervision, and/or control during any and all classes or extra activities.
